room rentals for trainers
we are excited to offer room rentals to approved trainers looking for a space to hold group classes or teach private lessons!
House Rules
We require vaccine records be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment time!
Our School for Dogs is a Positive Reinforcement facility. Please do not teach the use of aversives even as part of a balanced training protocol.
Please be kind.
Please do not allow dogs to greet on leash in the halls or on the premises.
Please pick up all stool as it happens and dispose of it outdoors in the provided refuse receptacles.
Please reset the room to the state you found it in after your class session.
For Instructor teaching classes
To reserve the space for a group class we require a non refundable deposit of $35 to hold the space. The remainder of your rental cost is due 2 weeks before the start of your class date.
If you need to push classes out or reschedule we require an additional $35 non refundable deposit at that time.
Please provide APD with a written waiver of liability signed by your clients and naming you, your professional organization, APD and its officers and employees of any liability that may occur.
Please provide APD with a copy of your professional liability insurance naming APD as an additional insured.

Class reservations are first come first serve, submitting this request form does not mean your spot will be held until the deposit is paid.
