Join us for an hour long Frisbee Groundwork Workshop!
We will cover drive building, disc tracking, groundwork/floorwork, body awareness and, of course, helping improve your throws!

Wonderdog Game Night!
Showcase and hone up your dog's skills with a variety of gameified training exercises! Each game night will feature different training games to focus on a range of skills from basics like leash walking and stay to silly tricks, sniffing, and beyond! Earn points throughout class for your chance to pick a prize at the end. Game Night is a wonderful way to challenge dogs of all training levels!
Freestyle Drop In
Every Thursday at 6:30pm
Join us for freestyle practice! This drop in style class is offered on a weekly basis, it's a flexible format, you can practice your own routines, or learn a new one with help from your instructor. The goal is to have fun with your dog! Suitable for beginner through intermediate levels!

Pleasant Holiday Nosework
Try your paw at some Holiday themed nosework searches! Types of searches will include interiors, containers, and exteriors (weather permitting), containing 2-3 hides each (birch, anise, clove).
Chill Out: Relaxation workshop for dogs
Join Lindsay Carlson, BS, CPTD-KA for a workshop all about helping your dog kick back and relax. We will talk briefly about the science of relaxation in dogs, discuss current methods for inducing relaxation, and work through our very own pleasant relaxation protocol for dogs.
A Pleasant Halloween
Celebrate Halloween with your fearsome furry friend at A Pleasant Dog, with festivities running all day long on Thursday, October 31st! Humans and pups are welcome to come in costume and enjoy a spooky photo op. If your dog doesn't enjoy dressing up, try getting festive with a special collar, harness, leash, or bandana instead! Bonus - enjoy $5 off of your second Halloween activity when you register for more than one!

Junior Trainer Camp
Our Junior Trainer Camp focuses on older kids interested in learning more about training dogs. In this advanced camp, we will work on deepening our knowledge of how dogs interact with one another and communicate, learning to train skills and tricks, exploring canine behavior problems, discussing careers with dogs, understanding how to train behaviors that assist in caring for our pups, and more!
Dog Days Kids Camp
Join former teacher and Family Paws educator Lindsay and our Pleasant Training Team for 3 days of dog training fun! We will work on safety around dogs, reading dog body language, learning about canine play, solving common behavior problems, and practicing dog sports like agility and tricks!
Anniversary Event
January marks our ten year anniversary as A Pleasant Dog, and we are throwing the mother of all proms to celebrate.
